You can book using the booking calendar at dinnerbus.dk. The booking is binding once payment has been completed. You will receive an email confirmation with the date, departure time and meeting point.

In the event of any discrepancies, the departure time stated in your confirmation applies.

All prices are per person in Danish kroner, including VAT. The price depends on the tour and menu and is shown in the booking calendar.

You pay when booking by payment card or MobilePay. A card fee may be charged in accordance with the applicable rules.

There is no right of withdrawal for Dinnerbus tickets because the tour takes place on a specific date and at a specific time (section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act). You may instead cancel in accordance with the rules below.

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before departure and receive a full refund.

After this, the booking is binding. If you have purchased cancellation protection for 35 kr. per person, you can cancel up to 24 hours before departure and receive a refund, less the cost of the cancellation protection. Cancellation protection must be purchased together with the ticket.

To cancel, email info@dinnerbus.dk with your booking number.

Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can be used for all tours. If you use only part of the amount, the balance can be used later. If the gift card does not cover the full amount, you must pay the balance yourself.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be purchased using gift cards or discount codes. You may withdraw from the purchase of an unused gift card within 14 days of purchase.

Please arrive at the bus no later than 15 minutes before departure. The bus leaves on time and cannot wait for guests who arrive late.

If you do not turn up or miss the bus, your ticket will not be refunded.

The menu depends on the tour you choose and is described at dinnerbus.dk. If an ingredient is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar alternative.

Please state any allergies and special requests when booking. We will accommodate them as far as possible, but cannot guarantee that the food is completely free from allergens.

Alcohol is served only to guests aged over 18. We may stop serving guests who are clearly intoxicated.

The bus has tables for 2 and 4 people. If you are travelling alone or as a pair, you may share a table with other guests. We will seat you as well as we can, but cannot guarantee a particular table.

Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. All guests must have a ticket and their own seat.

We may cancel a tour if there are too few participants, due to operational disruptions or for safety reasons. You will be notified as soon as possible and may choose a new date or receive a full refund. No further compensation will be provided.

The route may be changed during the tour due to traffic, roadworks or events in the city.

We are not liable for delays or circumstances beyond our control. We are also not liable for personal belongings that are left behind or damaged on the bus.

Guests who disturb others may be asked to leave the bus without a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used and may take up to 10 banking days.

We process your information in accordance with our privacy policy.
